High Five for Friday!

High Five for Friday!

I’m sharing the highlights of my week… five to be exact!  I love the idea of focusing on five little things that made me happy… definitely a fun way to recap the week and  and stay grateful.

1 – Uncles.  This week not one but two of my uncles were visiting San Francisco!  It was great to catch up and show them a little bit of our life here in the city.

2 – Napa.  We went on a winery tour in Napa with my Uncle Marty, and it was the probably the best tour I’ve been on yet.  It’s always amazing to me that Napa is only an hour from the city, yet it feels like a world away.  It was a nice escape and lots of fun!

3 – Winnie.  Hands down my favorite highlight of our day in Napa was meeting Winnie the miniature pony!  Those little shoes just killed me!

4 – Christmas cards.  The cards are starting to pour in, and I’m hanging them on the photo clothesline in the hallway.  I love walking past them every day!

5 – Travel Plans.  We were all packed to fly out tomorrow, but earlier this week we realized that we made a big mistake… our flights were on the wrong dates!  We had to scramble to get new flights booked (at astronomical prices) and we have to leave a day later, but I’m so relieved that we got it sorted out.  I was about to have a meltdown if we wouldn’t be able to go home for the holidays… but now it’s all good and I’m super excited to fly down South on Sunday!

I’m linking up with Lauren Elizabeth for H54F!
