High Five for Friday!
I’m sharing the highlights of my week… five to be exact! I love the idea of focusing on five little things that made me happy… definitely a fun way to recap the week and and stay grateful.
1 – Wizard World. I worked a booth at Wizard World this past weekend – fun but exhausting! Lots of great people watching and a fun crowd.
2 – Day Off. I took Monday off to recuperate – it was great to catch up on chores and have enough time to stop by the library, meet up with hubby for lunch, and read all afternoon. I was in deep denial that my sniffles would go away… so Tuesday turned into a sick day.
3 – Chips. We had huge bags of chips left over from our office party over the weekend, so I took one home and had lots of Mexican-inspired meals this week… chips & guacamole, chips & burritos, chips + Mexican base, nachos, etc.
4 – C&T Sale. C&T Publishing just had a major sale & I snatched up a couple titles for $2 each! Can’t wait to delve into these quilting books for inspiration.
5 – Autumn Sampler. Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery did it again… another mystery sampler that is too cute to pass up! Instead of ordering all the supplies separately, I went with a kit this time around and it just came in the mail… so glad we have an open weekend with no plans ahead!
I’m linking up with Lauren Elizabeth for H54F!
